��Disappointed With The Personalization��

The bunny itself is perfect in every way. but the personalization is very disappointing. The fur is too fluffy on the ear so the embroidered name is completely covered in fur and is unreadable. you literally have to hold away the fur to see that there's a name under there. Definitely does not look like the website pictures.
