My Friend Bunny Book

A lovely book for my daughter and wonderfully illustrated. I don't often write reviews but I had to get this off my chest... there is a nice rhythm to the verses. however there is one random page in the middle where it says "She likes to dress up and pretend she's a knight or a farmer. a doctor or chef dressed in white" - this is the only section which does not rhyme and it frustrates me (probably to an irrational degree) as to why the author didn't choose to put the farmer before the knight to make it rhyme.. anyway. a nice book which my daughter enjoys. just than one page will always irk me!

My daughter is undergoing cancer treatment and one of the few places I've been able to turn to in order to brighten her mood has been her stuffed animal bunny which has been with her for every hospital stay. Feeling helpless. I foolishly went out and purchased almost every bunny I could find. I am not sure it helped but my daughter still appreciated the gesture and I always read her this story and we laugh together knowing how many bunny friends she has now.
